1. Data Collection & Purpose

Astryxion API collects minimal personal data to provide our services under the legal bases of Contract Performance and Legitimate Interest:

• Account Data: E-mail and Hashed Passwords for authentication.
• Infrastructure Data: IP addresses and User-Agent for security audits and anti-fraud.
• API Usage: Request counts and latency for billing and performance monitoring.

2. Data Subject Rights (LGPD & GDPR)

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to your data, its correction, portability, or deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO).

3. Security & Retention

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We store esoteric calculation parameters (birth data) for a maximum of 24 hours in our calculation cache to improve performance; after this period, the ephemeral data is permanently purged.
